Natural look is the best one for summer. It allows your skin to get enough sun light without anything blocking it (except sun cream). When I am at home and I don’t have to do anything special, I am makeup free or other times with minimal makeup. What do I have in my summer makeup menu?

This is my Summer Makeup Menu

Face

I like having minimal makeup most of the time. When I feel like wearing foundation, I prefer lightweight products, tinted moisturisers or sometimes powders. I am always on the hunt for products that won’t make me look like disco ball, I have really oily skin and this is the last I would want. I’ve used Maybelline Dream Flawless Nude Foundation most of the time. It makes my skin look smooth and covers any blemishes that I have, what else can I ask for?

Cheeks

When I don’t have anything special, I either wear bronzer or blusher. I don’t tend to wear so many products on my face; due to the extremely hot weather my skin gets all weird. I usually wear bronzer, I already have some tan and I think it looks better this way. Bourjois Délice de Poudre Bronzing Powder&Highlighter is my favourite lately, all I need is some glow on my face and I get is with this product.

Lips

I don’t have any must have product for lips; I just wear what I feel like wearing (even miss this steps from time to time), however, I prefer bright colours instead of pastel tones. Bright pinks and orange tones are the colours I usually go for in summer, as you can read in my post L’Oréal Rouge Caresse Lipstick.

Eyes

In summer eye shadows are off the list most of the times, because it gets creased and it really annoys me so I am better off. Instead of eye shadows, I wear eyeliner and mascara to give some definition to my eyes. If I am not feeling lazy then I add Rimmel Brow This Way Styling Gel to my makeup routine.
